Brief Study Description:
The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, biomarker, cognitive and clinical efficacy of investigational products in participants with an Alzheimer's disease-causing mutation by determining if treatment with the study drug slows the rate of progression of cognitive/clinical impairment or improves disease-related biomarkers.

The Banner Alzheimer's Institute's Alzheimer's Prevention Registry connects researchers with individuals interested in Alzheimer's studies, aiming to overcome the 80% study delay due to insufficient participation. This collaborative effort, detailed on our website, seeks a future without Alzheimer's. Beyond research, we educate the public on prevention via our website, social media, and emails. Members can become ambassadors by sharing information and connecting others to research. Established by Banner Alzheimer's Institute, the Registry partners with twelve leading health organizations and is funded by the Banner Alzheimer's Foundation and the Geoffrey Beene Foundation Alzheimer's Initiative.
Alzheimer's Prevention Trial WebStudy
The APT Webstudy tracks memory changes in healthy volunteers aged 50+ through free online memory tests every 3-6 months. Funded by NIH and led by top researchers, it prioritizes participant data privacy. Eligible participants get access to cognitive function assessment tools, a personalized memory dashboard, and potential opportunities for Alzheimer's clinical trials. Available in English and Spanish.
